Fellows Blacktop started as a small operation with one truck and has grown and adapted to the changing field by purchasing more modern equipment that allows him to properly get all asphalt jobs done with pride and quality, while still maintaining an efficient service for the customer. He prides himself on the jobs preformed and looks forward to creating a name in the business that he can be proud to hand down to his children for generations to come.

We service an approximate radius, north to Penn Yan, east to Elmira, south to the PA border, West to Hornell. Including the areas of Bath, Painted Post, Big Flats, Horseheads, Addison, Canisteo, Arkport, Avoca, Wayland, Naples, Hammondsport, Branchport, and Dundee.
